In light of the latest advice from the Prime Minister to both ensure the safety of our staff whilst still allowing us to continue to offer services to you during this difficult time, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our office from 5pm today (24/03/2020). Â This is an eventuality that we had planned for but were hoping we would not have to take.
Your membership with us
Please be assured that we will remain able to offer our core facilities including account withdrawals and loan applications during the temporary closure. The most effective and simplest way to request withdrawals is through our website as we may have limited staff to answer phone calls. If you do wish to speak to us on the phone, we have made a number of temporary lines available, our webchat and email facilities also remain fully operational.
Temporary contact numbers
Please call any of the numbers below.
07391 674642
07384 449585
07946 161287
07946 160739
07796 656099
I would ask that you remain patient if there is a delay getting through to our phone lines, please remain confident that we are here to help you and will return all enquires.
Service restrictions
During this unprecedented time, account withdrawals will be made by direct transfer to your bank account, we are unable to provide cheques. If you usually contact us by post, there may be a delay in this service. We would also ask during this period that you refrain from making additional deposits into your account by debit card to ensure our phone lines remain free for members who may need to speak with us. If you wish to alter your monthly contribution this can be done via our online facilities.
Thanks to our members
I also want to take this opportunity to thank all of our members who are working during this time taking care of others and ensuring we all stay safe. Please remember to also take care of yourselves and those close to you.
