If you wish to do this you can contact the Credit Union by telephone or email and a colleague will discuss your options. The minimum period for self-exclusion is 6 months but you can elect a period of up to 5 years. We would also encourage members to register with a multi operator self-exclusion scheme such as GAMSTOP. Once you register with GAMSTOP you will be prevented from using gambling websites and apps run by companies licensed in Great Britain, for a period of your choosing.
